Out of Bounds is a self-activated chaotic pendulum activated at specific angular positions. Watching the pendulum swing is like seeing a dance between order and chaos.  Its motion is mesmerizing, capturing the viewer to sway in anticipation. 

A chaotic pendulum is a double pendulum, a pendulum with another pendulum attached to its end. It exhibits deterministic chaos, a form of highly sensitive, unpredictable behavior that is nevertheless governed by fixed physical laws. While a simple pendulum's motion is predictable, a chaotic pendulum's motion becomes erratic and highly dependent on its precise starting conditions, with even infinitesimal differences in release points leading to vastly different trajectories over time.
